Thermatool Alpha Flying Shears are the fastest most efficient and accurate tube cutting systems available in the world today.

Alpha’s patented double cut die enables producers to cut dimple free ready for market products directly off the mill in sizes from 3/8” to 6 5/8 O.D. (9 to 163.3mm) with wall thickness from .030” to .250” (0.8 to 6.4mm) at speeds from 50 to 1,000 FPM (15 to 305 MPM).

Tube materials which can be cut include mild steel, high tensile carbon steels, boron steel, austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.
